Endless gratitude for your good works. I experienced a Cranial-Sacral session by Shahido Kempter after my father passed on February 3, 2013. I was quite distraught when we began, but found peace in the lovely process. She practices Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy. I have been receiving sessions from her for the past 4 weeks and each session is amazing. We are working on my nervous system issues and I am in awe of how completely gentle, non-invasive, yet powerful this work is. She holds spacious stillness and listens to what my mental/emotional/physical field is communicating and ready to reveal or heal. This allows it to release trauma and tension and heal itself. This type of crainosacral work is different, in that the practitioner is not putting any energy into your body, but is holding a space for it to release tension, stress and trauma in its own way. I am finally beginning to get a good nights sleep. Today I saw incredible images of old stressful events and traumas leaving my body through a hose attached to my sacrum and going into the earth. The previous session I could see my occipital area as a conglomeration of twisted metal that gently began to unwind and melt into pools of warm water. I could see a gate opening and all of the tension and stress leaving through the open gate. Each time as she holds my ankles I sense and feel streams of stress filled energy being released from my nervous system. I highly recommend her work, not just to calm your nervous system, but for any kind of aches or pains you may be having.
